Diesel Engine Management

Diesel engines combine excellent fuel economy and power, and their popularity is growing, especially in Europe.
The development of the common rail system is a landmark in significantly improving the diesel engine’s capabilities. DENSO launched the world’s first common rail system in 1995. DENSO is actively involved in developing advanced diesel engine technologies to meet customer needs as well as stringent worldwide emission regulations.
DENSO’s diesel engine management system will expand to include intake air and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) management and exhaust gas treatment, in addition to the common rail system as a core of the management system.
