Integrated Air Fuel Module DENSO develops and supplies integrated air fuel modules to meet car manufacturer’s engine specifications, providing smaller, lighter and more functional modules than conventional non-integrated components.

  • Combining many (nine to twelve) components in one unit, including variable intake control system, air flow meter, throttle body, intake manifold and injectors, allowed DENSO to design an integrated air intake system that covers the entire process – from the air inlets to the cylinder head ports. This leads to lower air intake noise levels and improved engine performance.
• Reduced wiring volume
  • One of DENSO integrated air fuel modules, launched in 2002, integrated the engine ECU, reducing the volume of wiring.
